Thumbs up by Subhash K Jha, Bolly Spice ...No harm can come to the people in this film. They are protected by a force greater than God. ... full review

So-So Bollywood Hungama ...On the whole, TERAA SURROOR is aimed at Himesh Reshammiya's fans who may want to go and patronize the movie. The pragmatic economics (cost recovery through the sale of music, satellite and other rights), no opposition and the multitude of Himesh Reshammiya's fans will ensure it will sail to safety at the Box Office. ... full review

So-So by Sreeju Sudhakaran, Bollywood Life ...Teraa Surroor delivers as a true Himesh Reshammiya film. It is a typical masala entertainer with some great music. If you liked Aap Ka Suroor, then Teraa Surroor definitely won’t disappoint. ... full review

So-So by Mehul S Thakkar, Deccan Chronicle ...The climax has a twist but that’s for you to find out. Raghu’s entire journey in the film is based on the hunt for this bad guy. Who is he? Go and find out in Tera Surror, which has made a genuine attempt for an out and out entertainer. ... full review

So-So by Nikita Kapoor, Desi Martini ...All in all, we can say Himesh is a true sport in Bollywood and has done a pretty decent job. Considering, I went with zero expectations. ... full review

So-So by Yakksheeta Gupta, Desi Martini ...The movie is short, crisp, to the point!... full review

So-So by Devesh Sharma, Filmfare ...The USP of Himesh starrers was their music but he’s been very patchy here. It’s unnecessarily loud and not up to his top notch standards and jars with the narration. All-in-all, Teraa Surroor is strictly for diehard Himesh fans. Let’s hope for his sake that he manages to find enough of them… ... full review

So-So by Johnson Thomas, Free Press Journal ...Designed as a brand extension of Himesh’s ‘Aap Kaa Surroor’ this film, directed by Shawn Aranha is quite stylish but given it’s flaky glamour and poor depth there’s really not much to hold on to for the audience. ... full review

So-So by Martin D'Souza, Glamsham.com ...If you love the Himesh brand of music, good action with a decent plot that engages you till the end, TERAA SUROOR is not a bad option this week. ... full review

So-So by Namrata Joshi, The Hindu ...The escape plan that Raghu hatches with Santino for Tara is inane to the core but has you hooked while giggling away at it. Only Himesh can make Dublin cops look like such incredible fools! It quite sums up the film: no compelling cinema here, just an out and out guilty pleasure that requires a huge suspension of disbelief to go with the flow. ... full review

Thumbs down by Anna MM Vetticad, annavetticadgoes2themovies ...Allow me to summon up my inner Arundhati Roy for an appropriate simile to describe Teraa Surroor: this film is as flat as Farah Karimi’s enviably slim waist, as bland as Maggi Noodles without the Tastemaker and as pointless in its existence as the human appendix. ... full review

Thumbs down by Baradwaj Rangan, Blogical Conclusion, The New Sunday Express ...But think about it – gangster makes sense. Reshammiya, after all, has assassinated several members of the octave. ... full review

Thumbs down by Bobby Sing, Bobby Talks Cinema.com ...yet another project of Himesh made in a ‘Zid’ to prove himself as an actor, once again backfiring as the earlier attempts.... full review

Thumbs down by Sidhant Shori, Desi Martini ...Some movies are so bad that they’re good. Teraa Surroor is so bad it's terrible.... full review

Thumbs down by Smita Vyas Kumar, Desi Martini ...Avoid unless you are looking for a short cut to insanity. ... full review

Thumbs down by Merkwürdige Liebe , Desi Martini ...Even if you consider that this is meant to be nothing else but fanboy pandering, Terraa Surroor is a film that’s almost a decade too late.... full review

Thumbs down DNA ...Watch the movie only if you are a Himesh fan or if you like watching movies that are unintentionally funny. ... full review

Thumbs down by Zehra Abbas , fullhyd.com ...When you finally do, you'll recall with a shudder the sign that was flashed in big, bold letters on the screen before the film began - "No animals were harmed during the making of this film". Lucky animals - humans were certainly harmed by the viewing of this film. ... full review

Thumbs down by Rohit Vats, Hindustan Times ...Teraa Surroor appears to be an international conspiracy, where the Irish are subjected to immense torture because an Indian guy is there to seek revenge on another Indian guy. ... full review

Thumbs down by Suhani Singh, india today ...Barring a few whistle-worthy scenes which amp up Himesh Reshammiya's quest to take himself seriously so much so that it borders on hilarious, there is nothing remotely engaging about this very listless love story. Shekhar Kapur sums it up with his apt line: "I hate love stories." ... full review

Thumbs down by Uday Bhatia, Live Mint ...It’s nice of Monica Dogra (playing a lawyer who, we are told, wanted to represent Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden) to do a cameo and take some of the heat off Karimaee, who comes from the Nargis Fakhri school of acting—which is to say, no acting at all. They can both take heart from their co-star, whose career is testament to the fact that success in Bollywood often has little to do with talent and everything to do with self-deluding confidence. This is Reshammiya’s one true achievement. He believed he was a star so fervently that everyone else ended up believing it too. ... full review

Thumbs down by Shubha Shetty-Saha, MiD DAY ...Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur makes a rare appearance, but unfortunately, this yet so charming man doesn’t deserve two random scenes and a tacky, bizarre line which goes like "Bad girls should not get good boyfriends" or whatever.... full review

Thumbs down by Jaidev Hemmady, Movie Talkies ...The songs are mercifully short, though not memorable, except for the Ishq Samundar track, which brings to mind a gorgeous Isha Koppikar gyrating in a night club. The film has high production values and has a slick feel to it, but in the absence of good performances and an uninspired script and screenplay, Teraa Surroor ends up being a boring trip. ... full review

Thumbs down by Saibal Chatterjee, NDTV ...Does Teraa Surroor have any redeeming feature at all? Well, the length is a bit of a relief. The film’s runtime is 15 minutes under two hours. So, it isn’t as patience-trying as it otherwise might have been. ... full review

Thumbs down by Sukanya Verma, Rediff ...If watching a 100-something minutes long music video starring a deadpan, poor man's Sunil Shetty strutting self-importantly in Salman's hand-me-down is your kind of entertainment, book your ticket RIGHT NOW. ... full review

Thumbs down by Sonia Chopra, Sify Movies ...Arranha also makes the villain deliver his backstory monologue with echoing words. Heck, even TV soaps don't do that (or do they?). The only thing worse, at that point, is the background score. ... full review

Thumbs down by Renuka Vyavahare, Times of India ...Naseeruddin Shah as always is effective in his small but significant role. Monica Dogra and Kabir Bedi stand out, while Shekhar Kapur makes an interesting cameo. Only if the rest wasn't so forgettable and monotonous. The patriotism bit too seems forced and out of place. ... full review

Thumbs down by Shubhra Gupta, yahoo! India ...One character says : "oh god it’s a mess". An apt line.... full review
