Jhootha hi sahi

wogma rating: Watch when on TV (?)
quick review: Gen X - it takes everything in stride - pre-marital pregnancies, sexual orientation, double-timing - everything is cool. A group of friends excels in the leg-pulling game and has fun like you and I do. If only, they didn’t end up in a tiring climax that doesn't have a superlative or expletive to describe it. Quick quips are shot down by aimless sub-plots, songs and did I mention, awful climax.

alisha aggarwal:

I just saw movie 2day after hearing a mixed response from from the crowd, most of which was on the negative side tho.But i liked the movie. It was refreshing, dialogues were really nice, acting was decent, music wasnt that great but over all it was watchable and i had a smile almost throughout the movie.I would give it 3 and a half stars.

rishabh:

well quite a gud and refreshing movie...dont go by reviews, use ur own head...a gr8 passtym

meetu:

@alisha @rishabh yeah regular reviewers have been a little too harsh, it was just about alright.

chinmay sarpotdar:

a very good film.i liked it.it is worth to watch the movie at a multiplex.a must watch movie.the direction of abbas is good.the music of the film is also nice.

ayaz arab:

Perfect site to get a review. I never trusted on any since I was not sure on the honesty. But here I see totally different concept ( external, readers review, ratings, parental Guidance....)

siddharth:

i think it's nice.

prerit:

I like Raghu's acting..... Specially legpulling word kurtikaa

Andy:

I read ur review on RC1 and JHS. After reading the details I derive that you liked JHS much more than RC1. Infact except for last 15 mins you found RC1 full of baseless voilence...rite ?
Now my Q is why rate both the films as - 'Even the keen, wait for DVD'
You could have been a little more generous for JHS and given it atleast a level up like
'Catch on DVD for sure'....no ?

Or RC1 as 'Watch if you have nothing better to do'

Trust me...as a regular reader your review rating does matter to me...and I must applaud your site, its gives good information about all aspects of movies...it helps me a lot before I go out and spend 200/- per ticket.

Neehar:

Awesome movie....i am surprised what has happened to the people of India....if movies like Dabangg can be a hit then this movie has to be a blockbuster hit....its full of comic scenes....a fun filled movie...acting of every actor is awesome...the actress is not a glamour model but she does best what she is suppose to do...Go watch it ......Take it or leave it....;-)

ruthwik:

i lykd the mve and a couple of songs where cool. overall it was really good

ruthwik:

i agree with neehar dabang is one of the worst mves i ever saw

surjya shreshtha:

Today iam going to watch movie, i had read the preview few days ago, it is brilliant

meetu:

@ayaz thank you ji!
@Andy thanks! i might have liked JHS slightly better than RC1, but not that much better. JHS - loved the beginning, hated the last half hour or so. RC1 - was indifferent/bored in the movie except for the last half hour. Overall feeling while leaving the theater was "'Even the keen, wait for DVD".
@surjya thank you.

Venkat:

The Movie (Jhoota Hi Sahi) is really enjoyable if u don't bother about every scene being brilliant.. there are sequences that make you cringe, but the laugter riot more than makes up for it!
Here's a movie that will have you either in smile-mode or laugh-mode for 90% of the time.

Devendra:

Yes Surely watchable and Really Funny, and excellent story...

Rating 4 from me

Paras:

I liked the movie loads! Except yes, the last 15 minutes were MINDLESS!

Srini:

I just watched the movie. Not bad at all. Liked the songs. Not sure why the movie got so much bashing.

meetu:

@Paras i think the last 15 mins completely killed the movie. it was not at all in the same tone.

@Srini i know people who hated the film because of the casual take on suicide attempts and the last 15-20 mins. oh well...to each his own :D

g sankar:

nice,osam,good one ...
