So-So by Prateeksha Khot, Bolly Spice ...Gippi is not without flaws and there is very little originality to it. Even then, it stays close to being the feel-good movie that we all need once in a while.... full review

Thumbs down by Deepa Gahlot, cinemaah ... Mildly amusing, trying very hard to be meaningful or real in some way (what’s all that about bras and sanitary pads!), and staying firmly in cheery Wonder Years territory, kids on summer break could do worse than giggle with Gippi. ... full review

So-So by Ankur Pathak, Desi Martini ...A cute reminder of the turbulent yet celebratory days of our school, Gippi is worth a watch.... full review

So-So by Tushar Joshi, DNA ...There is something innocent and vulnerable about Gippi that touches a chord, but it is the unnecessary mix and match of clichéd moments and mundane dialogues that prevents the film from rising above the ordinary.... full review

So-So by Karan Anshuman, Mumbai Mirror ...But here's the conundrum and the most interesting bit: the tweens and teens enthralled with SOTY are going to love Gippi too.
