Nice balanced review. Agree. See it if you a Sallu fan or an Ayesha addict or if you want to wake up that front-bencher hiding in you somewhere.
@Vineet well-put!
A film to be watched with family. Salman signed the correct film after a long time, and hope he will do this type of film in future also.
Music should get 1 or 1/2
Its actually a goddamned gang rape of pokiri.. Salman is too old and dosent suit the charecter... But any ways fans are gonna love it...I dont know why though...
Havent seen the Tamil or Telugu 'originals'. But the flavour - every thing painted in dark colours - is visible.
Its yet another Fight,Song,Fight,Song,Fight routine. Some skin show by Ayesha and much more skin show by Salman.
I wish, if Salman could have danced better.... and ayesha danced at least as much Sallu could...
Yeah... but there was nothing else to do, so I watched it. Forget about every thing else, keep your hands ready to whistle out loud, in resonance with the umpteen fellawwwsss around you. Time pass ho jayega....
Some things are beyond our grasp @mickey they just are...
@Anoop that's one way of taking it, ain't it?
beofre the interval i thght i am watching first hindi action movie which i would love,by the end i just could think about loud gun shout.
plenty of songs,neither melodious nor necessary. i kept on thinking "no more song please"...but wasted plea....
nevertheless humour part as well as dialogues were good...never seen a villain mre hillarious..
ayesha was cute...finally someone used her well...hope she wont quit the industry....
I simpy abhorred the movie. I think it was too violent; "mindless violence" unimaginably gruesome. It was apathetic sight when i saw children clapping and enjoying violence ; The scene of "commissioners" daughter being filmed in an inappropriate manner was horrific and i was sad that children were part of this extremely gory film. I am sad that movie thetres are not following the adults certificate regulations. I amconcerned about what kind of psychic impresions would that child take after the movie when a 30 year old adult had a headache.
Meetu, I check your review mainly for the Parental Guidance and your reviews are pretty good. But I must say that either you are too modern or have no family values at all!!For PAA, Your parental Guidance says none in Language except the word Bastard. Did you go out when there was talk about Sperm donation, Condom Use etc. and sexual content, you say NONE when there is a real brief love making scene in the song Muddi Muddi. What nonsense!! I will never ever read your reviews and post this on all your reviews so that everyone is aware. I took my 10 and 7 yr old daughters to see Paa based on your Parental Guidance and I m still shocked and embarassed to show them a film about Sex education!!
