So-So by Rajeev Masand, IBN Live ...Cleverly plotted and never revealing all its cards at once, the film is a smart thriller. And yet the director fails to deliver a tight, slick Bollywood entertainer on the lines of those Abbas-Mustan whodunits, because his treatment's so archaic.... full review

I haven't seen the film yet. So can't comment on the review.
But I liked the last two lines of the review "Yeah, I'm surprised ..." :-).
Bollywood seems to be having a huge dearth of titles these days. "Right Yaa Wrong", "Mr. White Mr. Black", "Black and White", "Aagey se right" and so on :)
Hi,
The song "Meri Aashao Ki" is surprise in the movie... Sung by new singer Amitraj but sung from heart and very touching... I will buy CD for this song only...
typical sameer, boring to the hilt. amitraj sung from heart but voice is pretty ordinary. i won't waste a penny on such stuff.
thanks for post.
I should tell you this, somewhere around I like Sunny Deol, he was the first action hero I saw in Ghayal. Of course, I know how his movies are nowadays - but hey, he was my childhood hero - give him a break!
When I saw Right Yaa Wrong, we were joking that he's gonna say "Tareek pe Tareek' in the courtroom, but hey, the movie was quite good - even if I yet to find out which computer program gives that kind of simulation shown.
Every time I see a Hindi film that has a halfway decent plot, it turns out to be a Hollywood 'inspiration'. This one was a complete lift of a Christopher Reeve film called Above Suspicion. Ironically, this was Reeves' last film before he had his fall and became quadriplegic.
Two other relatively recent films which flattered only to deceive were 24 Hours Deadline(copy of Trapped starring Kevin Bacon) and Naqaab which was, in the time honoured tradition of all Abbas Mastaan films lifted from a Spanish film, Dot the i.
@Samir such is life! :)
I haven't seen the movie till now and like to see it very soon.
I would rip the waiters head off! ;) Just kidding......this movie does look very thought provoking.....I will have to check it out!
As Darshak said "Meri Aashao Ki" song was awesome and I very much enjoyed this song a lot.
A very interesting film, I must say and the best thing about the film is that we can be surely stand by both of their sides and there are chances that this kind of a situation might have happened to anyone and this film really shows the after effects of the film profoundly, in my arguable opinion. Anyway, one thing I am sure of is that if I were in such a situation, I would definitely be trying to compromise the situation!
