Another outstanding performance by both Rani Mukherjee and Konkona Sen Sharma. But, that's no surprise. And unfortunately, that's not enough either, to mask the ill-defined characters and their unexplained motivations. This is further marred by lousy...

Laaga Chunari main Daag - Review...
Without giving the movie away, gives a bad rating to the movie, says it fails to deliver on the promise. They say you should watch the movie if you have nothing better to do. What say guys, has anyone caught the movie?...
I happened to catch the movie and really its pretty bad. Highly unbelievable. Too many faults in the story. Pretty pathetic.
How cld a brilliant director like Pradeep sarkar associate and devalue a known profession by associating it with high social circle escorts.
Being from the PR field and being a consultant myself it was too humiliating to be clubed as a combo offer, a package vr u get everythin on the platter from PR to escorts. The lines actually said so evidently that a PR person has to be an escort to high society people to win contracts and business.
I think a little courtesy should be shown for professions and not be put in wrong light for audience to understand.
Being in the industry for good 10 years we can’t take lying down if the word PR meant was only wine and dine and be there to do that to win that. Its more than just building relations.
We are communication specialist!!! Mind u.
Why, when she could learn perfect English diction, all upper class mannerisms and financial
intricacies of patents, could she not get herself a job other than an escort's?
Yeah Megha and Vidyuth, these are the questions that will remain unanswered. One wonders, when we can think of these things after one watch, why can't the makers - who live with the movie for months together - not do the same.
i think its a good movie. n i belive those ppl who critisize it r wrong. if v consider the situation n wot she does there isnt another solution. n its a unmaskin of the situation out there which is ignored by the eyes of the rich.
i think the movie was brilliant and the music was fantasic. all the charactor has done good
job according to their rolls. i love rani and kokkana sen in the movie they r really
fantastic. i think rani should get best actress avoid and kokkna sen for supporting actress.
i love them. very good movie.

I had asked - "Why, when she could learn perfect English diction, all upper class mannerisms and financial
intricacies of patents, could she not get herself a job other than an escort’s?"
@hema london
Could you explain what did the following terms mean in your sentences:
charactor
kokkana
rolls
avoid
>>Why, when she could learn perfect English diction, all upper class mannerisms and financial
intricacies of patents, could she not get herself a job other than an escort’s?
>>
Yes, but she got the other job before learning all this, earn while you learn kind of.
I used to have a classmate that was beautiful, and she always stood first. Pretty brilliant girl, from a very lower middle class family. They got her married off early, no college education and the husband turned out to be a drunk scoundrel. Well, to make the story shorter, this is exactly how she has turned out to be, I hear. Yes, she spoke perfect English in school, now that I recollect.
