  Well, one cant encompass the whole of India in one movie. The movie is a point of view on a specific subject. Who says that a movie has to show the good things too. The movie is about a slum dweller so it has to be shown as it is. The good part is that he won a million bucks, which obviously is fiction, but the slum part is real.
