Mubarakan - Preview

wogma rating: Watch if you have nothing better to do (?)
quick review:

Relatively more coherent. Still doesn't make it any more enjoyable. Madcap story but no laughs. Thankfully not too slapsticky, but all the drama is a downer.

I saw the ENTIRE trailer and didn't cringe. That has to be a first for an Anees Bazmee film. I was stunned enough by this non-reaction to uncharacteristically tweet about a film from my personal account before the release! I have promised myself to try my best to leave my brain behind for this one. Maybe I have just grown immune. But hey, if I can enjoy one more film, why not?

So, we already know what to expect from this film. It is going to be mad enough to fall in the guilt-ridden, “so bad that it is good” category for some. Will know soon enough, whether I am in that part of the audience.
